New Patient Registration

To register with the practice you must live within our practice area.

You can either hand in your medical card or fill in a form at reception.

All newly registered patients will be asked to make an appointment with our practice nurse or nursing assistant for a short health check. We ask that you bring a urine sample with you (a white topped bottle is available to collect at reception) and any medication that you take regularly. We regard this as important as it bridges the gap until we receive your medical records from your previous GP.
