Medical Education

We are a ‘training practice’. This means that fully trained doctors wanting to enter general practice spend six to twelve months with us in order to gain the experience they need to become family doctors. We are also involved in the training of medical and nursing students.

As a training practice, your medical records may be used for educational purposes.

For training purposes we may occasionally ask for your permission to video tape your consultation. These recordings are strictly confidential and are used for training purposes only. If you do not want your consultation recorded please inform the receptionist.
